Brent Baris

Brent Baris attended the University of Florida as an undergraduate and graduated from Stetson University, College of Law, in 1996. For the first five years of his law career, Brent worked with a firm in Palm City, Florida specializing in employment discrimination and commercial litigation. In 1999, Brent formed Brent E. Baris P.A., primarily aimed to help friends and family with real estate transactions. In 2002, his interest in home renovations and the real estate market prompted his decision to earn his General Contractor license. While renovating historic homes in South Tampa his firm continued to grow helping others with real estate matters. In 2006, Brent returned to the Gator Nation. When he is not working, he enjoys camping and mountain biking with his family.

Sadie DePeter

Sadie joined Brent E. Baris, P.A. in 2021 as a full-time assistant to Brent Baris. She attended the University of Florida as an undergraduate and completed her MS at the University of California, Irvine. She was born and raised in High Springs and is pleased to be back in her hometown. She works at both the High Springs and Newberry locations, assisting Mr. Baris and the title processors with communications, research, and bookkeeping. When she isn’t working, Sadie enjoys baking, puzzles, and spending time with her loved ones.

Christina Stainfield

Christina joined Brent E. Baris, P.A. in 2009 as a part time assistant to Brent Baris. She has worked her way up in the company to full time processor and office manager. She runs the Newberry office which opened in 2020. Her primary focus is working on transactions with Realtors from Gilchrist, Dixie, Levy and western Alachua County. Christina’s favorite part of her position is providing exceptional customer service throughout the process and making sure the Buyers and Sellers have a positive experience. She lives in Newberry (Go Panthers!) and has 2 grown children.

Danielle Marden

Danielle joined Brent E. Baris, P.A. in 2014 as a part-time assistant to Brent Baris. She has worked her way up the ranks to full time processor, and now handles all aspects of the file, from the first phone call to the final archiving. Her primary focus is working on transactions with Realtors who hail from Columbia County. Danielle’s favorite part of her position is the closings. She enjoys sitting at the closing table with the Buyers, Sellers, Realtors and Lenders, explaining all the details of the documentation, and being a part of such an important transaction for all involved. Relationships are built along the way, and she has great rapport with people. Danielle is a graduate of the University of Florida where she majored in Business Administration. She and her husband, Tim, have been entrepreneurs, have 2 children and enjoy living on their quiet 10 acres of land.

Julie Riley

Julie Riley is a lifetime Alachua County resident with 45+ years legal experience. She worked at the Clerk of Court’s office for 6 years. Thereafter, she was Bevin Ritch’s legal assistant for 35 years until Bevin retired. Working part time in the golden years. Julie enjoys spending time with family, reading, and college sports.
